International entrepreneur, Angela Whitfield (AKA Bezzels), got her start in the music business as a concert promoter with Day Life 7. After debuting her first show in Paris, France in 2004 with Cee-Lo (of Gnarls Barkley), she then launched her career in the United States. She booked and promoted concerts with Lil Wayne, TI, Lloyd Banks and Young Buck of G-Unit, Mase, Mobb Deep, Wu-Tang Clan, Jadakiss, Slum Village, Dwele, and Trina. Bezzels also hosted many functions, which included appearances by big name celebrities such as LL Cool J, Vivica A. Fox, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Juelz Santana, Mike Tyson, and Floyd Mayweather.
In April of 2008, Bezzels performed her hit single "Get Money" at the Lil Wayne concert in Flint, Michigan. Not only was she a performer, she was also the concert promoter. Bezzles is not your ordinary girl. Her motivation, ambition, and drive to succeed are so strong that others quickly gravitate to her. According to Bezzles, “I don’t consider myself a rapper; I am an entrepreural hip hop artist with a motivational message for the new breed of women. I’m here to have fun, while trying to make a difference.”
Bezzles has recorded several tracks and is still in the studio developing new tracks for her first upcoming album, which is anticipated to be completed during the summer of 2008.
