What can I do in my video clip?
Members can sing, dance, or play a musical instrument using their own original music, lyrics, and/or dance styles. Artists without their own original music and/or lyrics can select from our gallery of approved and licensed content, for use on the DayLife7 site only.

How do I upload my video clip?
Once logging into DayLife7, click the Upload Video button on the navigation bar. Prior to uploading the video, you will be required to input your order form information, including your billing and credit/debit card information. Once you have entered and verified that all of the information is correct, click the Submit button. After your credit/debit card information has been accepted, you will be prompted to read through and accept the Terms & Conditions for use of this site. If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions, you will be unable to upload your video. Click the Upload Video button and browse to locate your video file on disk. Select your Genre type and click Upload Video.

Can I have my video placed in more than one genre? Will there be a charge?
Due to the rating system, which is linked to various
monthly contests, videos are only placed in one
area/genre. To include your video in another area/genre, you'll be required to pay another annual
upload fee of $19.99.

Once I upload my video clip, when will it be available for online viewing?
Once videos are uploaded into the site, a representative from DayLife7 will personally view the video to verify the content is appropriate for the site and that to the best of their knowledge, no copyright laws have been infringed upon. The estimated timeframe to have the video visible online for public viewing is 24 hours after you have uploaded your video. Once approved, the member will receive an e-mail notification.

How will my family and friends be able to see my video clip?
When viewing your video or any video on the DayLife7 site, click the ‘e-mail video link’ and send a link to up to 10 family and friends at one time. You can also direct your friends and family to www.DayLife7.com and request that they perform a search on your Member ID Number to retrieve all videos you have posted on the site.

Can I make my video clip private and only available for family and friends to view?
Videos uploaded on the DayLife7 site are for public viewing only and cannot be made private.

Once made public, how long will my video be viewable?
Once your video is approved, the video will be viewable for one year. On the anniversary of having your video approved, your video will expire. If you would like the video to remain on the site, you will be required to pay the appropriate annual costs.

Will my personal information be included with the video clip?
To maintain the privacy of our members, only the Member ID Number will be visible along with your video clip.

Will someone be able to contact me after viewing my video?
Each video will include a Contact link, which allows members to contact one another. To maintain privacy for our members, the e-mail will first be forwarded to the DayLife7 administrators, who will then forward it on to the receiving member.

Will I infringe upon copyright laws if I use someone’s published work?
Unless DayLife7 has the proper licensing to use various published music and/or lyrics, members will only be able to upload original music, lyrics, and/or dance performances.

What if I don’t like a comment someone makes on my
video thread. Can it be removed?
If you feel a comment someone made is inappropriate,
click the Report Inappropriate Link at the bottom of
the page and request that a representative remove or
edit the comment. Please complete the mandatory fields

for content considered inappropriate.

What if I want my video removed before the year is up?
If a member would like to have one of their videos
removed prior to the expiration date, please login to
DayLife7. Once logged in, click on the Remove
Video link next to the
video you would like to have removed. Videos removed
prior to the expiration date will not receive a
refund. Full price upload fees will be required if you
would like to upload the video again.

Can I change my username?
No - usernames cannot be changed.

Can I change my Membership ID Number?
No – Membership ID Numbers are auto generated by the system and once assigned, cannot be changed.

How can I change my password?
After logging into DayLife7, click the Personal Settings button. After inputting your new password, click the Save button.

What if I forget my username and password information?
On the DayLife7 homepage, click the Login button. Click the “Forgot Password” or “Forgot Username” link. After completing the required fields, click the Submit button. You will then receive a message to your designated e-mail address with your information.
